CAPRICORN
Ambitious, hardworking, and enterprising - caps are extremely driven, enthusiastic about life, and capable of setting lofty but attainable objectives. Capricorns aren't ones for flights of fancy or dreaming up new worlds, but instead interested in making things better in the real world. They're always smart and intuitive about how things work, and like to get involved and just do it (rather than read/write/watch/listen to it).

A buzzword for you:
FREELANCE
That’s pretty great for you. It means you can bring me on for, let’s say, two hours or 8 months, for either an hourly rate or a project rate (depending on the scope). I’ve got my own insurance and pay my own taxes. I don’t need to add to your employee count. You’re all done needing the extra hands? We can easily part ways.
Take me for a test drive. I dare ya.
AND WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?
Small business is no joke. Sometimes you’re the CEO, the Admin, the HR Department, the Sales Team, and the Janitor all in one day. Some days, you want to redo your website and prioritize new business. Some days you just want someone else to tackle that one item that has been on your to-do list for seven months. Most days, there are just not enough hours.
Honestly, I can learn to be anything you need.
I absolutely adore small businesses. I have had big brand and tech giant experience at Netflix, Amazon, and Apple, to name a few. But, I’ve always felt most at home within small teams. They tend to provide an exciting environment, where you are constantly growing. Either honing in on some new skill (mainly by way of YouTube), trying a new process (that may fail, so you get up and try again, if so), and most importantly - finding new ways to connect (with your community and clients).
