PROJECTS I'VE LOVED

In 2020 when the pandemic first hit, I planned and executed (alongside a team of very talented vendors), two pop-up wedding events.

These weddings were in-depth and creative, and full of special touches. Each couple signed up for a “slot” during the multi-day event. We had a professional livestream going, so your friends and family could still join in at home. We had a DJ, so you were still able to walk down the aisle and do your first dance to the song of your choice. The “Little White Chapel” wedding days had an Elvis impersonator as the officiant. The “Cosmic Cowboy” wedding days had a Cowboy/Cowgirl as the officiant(s).

We partnered with Contigo Catering, who provided on-site cocktails, a mini cutting cake per couple, and a takeaway meal & cocktail kit for two. Each couple got 100 professionally edited photos (Cory Ryan Photography), a sketch from Vogue Vignette, a dried bouquet and/or boutonniere from an amazing florist (Remi & Gold), and the possibility to add on some fun additions to the packages. The space was beautifully decorated with a lot of unique elements.

I created a squarespace website and managed e-commerce there, wrote contracts, created budgets, timelines, and provided vendors + clients alike with organized, pertinent information throughout the planning process. I also collaborated on the design, branding and marketing efforts.

We were featured in the local news twice, in Brides of Austin, and in Tribeza.
